Platform · Manage

The whole floor on one screen. Every guest yours.

Bookings from your website, from Google and from the phone, table plan, sittings and customer database: one single piece of software, built for hospitality. No per-cover commission, ever.

How many bookings do you lose between the phone, WhatsApp and the paper diary?

An average restaurant handles bookings from at least five channels: phone, website, Google, social and portals. When each one lives on its own, you get double bookings, tables left empty by no-shows and customers lost at the first unanswered ring. The Manage module brings it all together on a single screen, updated in real time.

The features

What the Manage module does

Online bookings, from your website and from Google

The customer books in three taps from your website or straight from Google and Maps with Reserve with Google, without going through portals that take a commission. Every booking enters the table plan on its own, with an automatic confirmation sent to the customer by email or SMS.

Phone calls become orderly too

The phone is still the favourite channel of half your customers. Whoever answers immediately sees availability and free tables and enters the booking in ten seconds; if you're in service and can't answer, the system can offer the customer a link to book themselves.

The floor under control: table plan, sittings, covers

The digital table plan mirrors your real floor: tables, rooms, outdoor seating. You drag, merge, move; you set sittings and average duration; you see at a glance the covers for the evening and the ones still sellable. No more scribbles and crossings-out in the diary.

No-shows cut to the minimum

Automatic reminders by SMS and email, a confirmation request and, where it's needed, a card guarantee on large tables or on busy nights: the tools that bring no-shows down to natural levels. Every table saved is revenue recovered.

The customer database that works for you

Every booking enriches the customer's profile: how many times they've come, preferences, allergies, service notes, spend. By the third 'welcome back, the usual table?' you've got a regular. And the database is yours, exportable whenever you like, not owned by a portal that then sells it back to you as advertising.

What does 'free' really cost you?

Booking portals charge you per cover: €1-2 a head, on every booking, forever, and the customer stays theirs, not yours. Restomatix works the other way round: a clear fixed subscription, zero commission, and every booking builds your database, not theirs.

A thousand covers a month on a portal is over €12,000 a year in commission. With that budget you pay for the software, the website and Google visibility, and still have money left over.

In the restaurants that use it, every single night

Manage is used every day by restaurants, farm stays and resorts across five European countries. Every booking enters the same screen and every customer the same database, service after service.

The platform

Manage is one third of the platform

Bookings arrive if the venue gets found, and the customers in your database need to be brought back. Together, the circle closes: they find you, they book, they return.

Frequently asked questions about the Manage module

Are there really no commissions on bookings?

Really: you only pay your plan's subscription, whatever the number of bookings and covers. A thousand covers or ten thousand, the cost doesn't change. We happily leave the commission model to the portals.

Do I have to change my website to use it?

No: the booking widget fits into any website. But if the site is slow or hard to find, it's worth looking at the Website and Visibility modules too: that's where the bookings come from.

Do I need a tablet or dedicated hardware?

No: it works from any browser, on a computer, tablet or smartphone. On the floor you usually use a tablet, but whatever you've already got is fine.

Can I import the bookings and customers I already have?

Yes: we import your history from spreadsheets, digital diaries or other management systems during setup, so you start with a full database, not from scratch.

How long does it take to set up?

A few days: we configure the table plan, sittings and confirmations with you, train the floor team and stay on hand for the first few weeks. Moving on from the paper diary is less painful than you think.

Who owns my data and my customers' data?

Yours, always: the customer database is your property, exportable at any time, handled in line with the GDPR. If one day you leave, the data comes with you.

Watch it run on your own venue.

We run the demo on your real floor: we load your table plan and simulate a Saturday-night service. Half an hour, and you'll know if it's for you.
