Platform · Promote

Your best customer is the one you already have.

Campaigns that bring the right people back to the table, and events that get them spending more: Promote turns your database into turnover that comes round again. And it does it using something separate tools don't have, your customers and your bookings already inside the same system.

The picture

Why is bringing a customer back worth more than finding a new one?

Bringing a customer back is worth more because it costs a fraction: winning a new one takes visibility, campaigns and time; bringing back one who already knows you takes a well-made invitation at the right moment. And those who come back spend more, because they trust you. The Promote module shifts turnover from the most expensive channel, acquisition, to the most profitable one: the relationship.

The perennial problem has always been one: to promote to the right customers, you have to know who they are. And that data is usually scattered between a portal, a spreadsheet and the owner's memory. Not in Restomatix, and that changes everything.

The synergy

The events portal lives on what the software already knows

Restomatix's events portal isn't a standalone tool: it's what becomes possible when bookings, CRM and promotion live in the same system. Every booking builds the customer's profile; every event already knows who to reach; every attendee returns to the database richer than before. It's a self-sustaining cycle, one that an events portal cut off from your bookings could never set in motion.

10

Bookings fill the CRM

Every table booked, from the website, from Google, by phone, leaves a trace: who they are, when they came in, what they love, how much they spend. You don't fill in the database: it builds itself, service after service.

11

The CRM fills the event

When you launch the Barolo tasting, the system already knows who to invite: the wine lovers, whoever was at the last vertical tasting, the high-value customers. Not a send to everyone, but the right message to the people expecting it, and the evening fills up before it's even announced to the public.

12

The event fills the CRM (and the average spend)

Attendees book through the portal and, as they do, add the wine pairing, the upgrade, the welcome glass: the upsell they choose themselves, in the moment of enthusiasm. Every attendee returns to the database segmented even better, ready for the next event. The cycle starts again, stronger.

The tools

The tools for bringing them back

Events portal with upsells

You create and sell your evenings from a branded portal: 5-course menus, wine pairing, offers, all customisable. Customers book online and add for themselves the extras that raise the average spend.

Targeted email and SMS campaigns

Not spam to everyone, but the right message to the right segment: the regulars who haven't been in for months, families for Sunday, people celebrating in May. Built on the CRM data, measured by the results.

Reactivating your regulars

The database shows you who hasn't been back for too long: the customers easiest to win back, if you know they're there. A personal invitation, and the table fills with people who already had a good time with you.

The advantage

The same invitation, but you know who to send it to

Anyone can send a newsletter. The difference is knowing who to: with scattered data, you promote in the dark; with bookings and CRM in the same system, you promote with precision. It's why Promote's campaigns convert better than a generic send, and why an event launched from here starts already half full. It's no longer marketing: it's your floor filling with people you've already chosen.

The proof

Full rooms of customers who come back

Promote's campaigns and events work every week in the restaurants that use them.

The platform

Promote closes the circle

Grow gets you found, Manage turns whoever finds you into bookings, Promote turns bookings into customers who come back, and every return feeds the system again. Three modules, a single engine: the more they find you, the more they book; the more they book, the better you know them; the better you know them, the more they come back.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the Promote module

Do I need the bookings module to use Promote?

Promote is at its best alongside Manage: it's from bookings that the CRM fills up, and it's the CRM that makes campaigns and events targeted. You can also start by importing an existing database, but the full value comes when bookings, customers and promotion live in the same system.

How is it different from an ordinary newsletter service?

A newsletter service sends emails to a list; Promote sends the right message to the right segment, built on your customers' real behaviour: what they order, when they come in, which events they attend. And it closes the loop: whoever books from the campaign returns to an updated CRM.

How does the upsell work at events?

Every event on the portal can have extra options, wine pairing, a course upgrade, a welcome glass, that the customer selects when they book. The average spend rises before they even sit down, and you know in advance what to prepare. It's upselling without having to sell it out loud.

Do the campaigns respect privacy?

Yes: sends go only to those who have given consent, collected and logged at the time of booking, in line with the GDPR. Every email has an unsubscribe, and the data stays your property.

Do I have to write the campaigns and events myself?

No, if you'd rather not: with the managed service we prepare them for you, copy, segments, timing, based on your database and your calendar. You approve and watch the results.

In the demo we show you the cycle live: how a booking builds a record, how a segment becomes a campaign, how an event with wine pairing raises the average spend, all in the same system. Thirty minutes, on your own case.
