The whole floor on one screen. Every customer yours.

Bookings from your website, from Google and by phone, a floor plan, shifts and a customer database: one piece of software, built for hospitality. With no per-cover commission, ever.

The problem

How many bookings do you lose between the phone, WhatsApp and a paper diary?

The average restaurant handles bookings from at least five channels: phone, website, Google, social and portals. When each one lives on its own, you get double bookings, tables left empty by no-shows and customers lost at the first unanswered ring. The Manage module brings it all together on one screen, updated in real time.

The features

What the Manage module does

Online bookings, from your website and from Google

The customer books in three taps from your website or straight from Google and Maps with Reserve with Google, without going through portals that take a commission. Every booking drops into the floor plan by itself, with an automatic confirmation to the customer by email or SMS.

Phone calls become orderly too

The phone is still the channel half of customers prefer. Whoever answers sees availability and free tables straight away and enters the booking in ten seconds; if you're mid-service and can't pick up, the system can send the customer a link to book for themselves.

The floor under control: floor plan, shifts, covers

The digital floor plan mirrors your real floor: tables, rooms, terrace. You drag, merge and move; you set shifts and average sitting time; you see at a glance the covers for the evening and the ones still to sell. No more crossings-out in the diary.

No-shows cut to a minimum

Automatic reminders by SMS and email, a confirmation request and, where it helps, a card to hold larger tables or busy evenings: the tools that cut no-shows down to a natural minimum. Every table saved is turnover recovered.

The customer database that works for you

Every booking adds to the customer's record: how many times they've been in, preferences, allergies, service notes, spend. By the third "welcome back, your usual table?" you've got a regular. And the database is yours, exportable whenever you like: not a portal's, to be sold back to you as advertising.

The real bill

How much does "free" really cost you?

Booking portals charge per cover: €1-2 a person, every booking, forever, and the customer stays theirs, not yours. Restomatix works the other way round: a clear fixed subscription, zero commission, and every booking builds your database, not theirs.

A thousand covers a month on a portal is over €12,000 a year in commission. With that budget you pay for the software, the website and visibility on Google, with change to spare.

The proof

In the restaurants that use it every night

Manage is used every day by restaurants, agriturismos and resorts across five European countries.

The platform

Manage is one third of the platform

Bookings come in if the restaurant gets found: the Grow module brings visibility on Google, Maps and in AI answers. And the customers in your database need bringing back: the Promote module invites them with email and SMS campaigns. Together, the circle closes: they find you, they book, they come back.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the Manage module

Is there really no commission on bookings?

Really: you pay only the plan's subscription, whatever the number of bookings and covers. A thousand covers or ten thousand, the cost doesn't change. We're happy to leave the commission model to the portals.

Do I have to change my website to use it?

No: the booking widget fits into any website. If the website is slow or hard to find, though, it's worth looking at the Website and Visibility modules too, that's where the bookings come from.

Do I need a tablet or dedicated hardware?

No: it works from any browser, on computer, tablet and smartphone. On the floor people usually use a tablet, but whatever you already have is fine.

Can I import the bookings and customers I already have?

Yes: we import your history from spreadsheets, digital diaries or other systems during set-up, so you start with a full database rather than from scratch.

How long does it take to get it up and running?

A few days: we set up the floor plan, shifts and confirmations with you, train the floor team and stay on hand through the first few weeks. The switch from a paper diary is less painful than you'd think.

Who owns my data and my customers' data?

Yours, always: the customer database is your property, exportable at any time, managed in line with the GDPR. If one day you leave, the data comes with you.
