Integrations and partners

Connect to the platforms where your customers already are.

Google, Apple, Michelin, Meta: the places where people search for, choose and book a restaurant. Restomatix talks to them all: so your data reaches everywhere consistent, up to date and through the front door.

The point

Why do integrations make the difference for a restaurant?

Integrations matter because a customer doesn't live on one website alone: they search on Google, open Maps, read the reviews, ask an AI assistant, check social. If your data, hours, menu, bookings, reviews, is consistent across all these platforms, they find you and they trust you. If it contradicts itself, they pass you over. Restomatix keeps it all aligned, from a single point.

And there's a further advantage: being connected to these platforms means working with the right tools and channels, not shortcuts that risk breaking at the first update. The data goes through the front door, and it's the door customers walk through every day.

The platforms

The platforms we work with

Google

The first place people look for a restaurant. We manage your Google Business Profile, your position on Maps and direct bookings with Reserve with Google.

For you that means coming up at the top when someone searches in your area, and getting booked without going through commission-charging booking portals.

Apple

Anyone with an iPhone searches on Apple Maps and Siri. We keep your presence correct here too, where millions of customers find and navigate to restaurants.

For you that means being found and reached even by people who don't use Google, without having to think about it.

Michelin

The reference point for quality dining. Keeping your data consistent with the Michelin ecosystem strengthens your authority and visibility with an audience that chooses carefully.

For you that means more credibility where it counts, with customers willing to spend on the experience.

Reviews

Where customers, tourists especially, read the reviews before deciding. We look after your reputation here too, not just on Google.

For you that means a reputation looked after on every front, not an abandoned profile working against you.

Meta

Facebook and Instagram

Where your restaurant tells its story and customers discover dishes, evenings and events. We connect your social presence to the rest of the platform.

For you that means events and news that reach the right audience, with social feeding your bookings instead of staying an island.

The common thread

One piece of data, every platform

The value isn't having five integrations: it's that they're connected to a single system. You update an opening time, change a dish, launch an event, and the change propagates where it needs to, without doing it five times over. It's the difference between managing five disconnected presences and managing your presence, once, from the centre.

The time you save goes back onto the floor.

The proof

Why the platforms trust us

Restomatix is developed by Dineout and operates in five European countries, serving restaurants, resorts, agriturismos and wineries. Working through the official channels of the major platforms in the ecosystem is what lets us guarantee accurate data, direct bookings and a looked-after reputation: not in words, but through the right tools.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about integrations and partners

Do I have to already have accounts on all these platforms?

No: where you're not present, we help you create and verify your presence; where you already are, we tidy it up and connect it. The goal is for every platform to tell the same, correct, version of your restaurant.

Do bookings from Google and the other platforms carry commission?

Direct bookings handled through Restomatix carry no per-cover commission: they arrive in your system and the customer's data stays yours. It's different from linking your profile to a portal, where the booking becomes the portal's.

If I change an opening time or the menu, do I have to update it everywhere?

No: you update it once in the system and it propagates to the connected platforms. It's one of the concrete advantages of having everything integrated rather than scattered.

Does Restomatix integrate with my till/POS system?

It depends on the system: we assess the possible integrations case by case during the audit. The ecosystem grows over time: if you use a specific tool, ask us.

What does being a "partner" mean in practice?

It means working through each platform's official channels to manage data, bookings and reputation: with the tools they provide, not improvised workarounds. For you that translates into greater reliability and into features, like Reserve with Google, that require an authorised partner.

Let's bring your restaurant onto every platform that matters.

In the free audit we check where you're present, where you're not and where your data contradicts itself: on Google, Maps, the review platforms and beyond. Then we put it in order, from a single point.
